Hiring Prep, Line & Pastry Cooks

Full time and Part time available. Daytime & Nighttime hours.

Positions reports directly to Sous Chef

Job Requirements

-Prepare and organize cooking stations in the kitchen for yourself and other chefs
-Cook the menu items that supervisors assign to you
-Complete presentation of dishes to be sent to restaurant patrons
-Cooperate with all other kitchen staff. Work as a team.
-Ensure that dishes are times correctly for restaurant patrons
-Comply with health and sanitation guidelines

Skills

-Experience cooking in a professional environment
-Comprehension of a variety of cooking techniques
-Great communication skills
-Excellent organizational skills
