If you have an extraordinary commitment to customer service then come join our team. You would supervise and coordinate dining activities in multiple venues; work with Director on establishing and modifying departmental objectives, goals and priorities; maintain high standards of service, food preparation and sanitation; manage personnel, costs, safety and training; resident relations; catering and other duties as assigned.
If you are looking to grow in your career and have five years of supervisory experience in the front of the house in the food service industry or three years of supervisory experience in food service in a retirement community setting then we want to talk to you! You must be hospitality oriented with excellent interpersonal skills. Must exhibit a strong attention to detail. Prefer Certified Dietary Manager and ServSafe credentials. You will be an essential member of the team whose responsibility it is to ensure an overall excellent dining experience for residents in all levels of care.
