Experienced Barista

Blue Butterfly Coffee Co is a community-oriented company seeking baristas that will help us provide amazing service to our valued regulars. We are known for having a staff comprised of friendly, funny, non-coffee elitist types that just so happen to possess knowledge of and serve expertly crafted beverages.

We are on a first-name basis with most of our customers, and are seeking personable staff eager to do the same.

Prior barista and experience and coffee knowledge required, latte art experience highly desired. Those without experience need not apply. 25-35 hours per week available. Ability to work flexible hours and weekends is a must. 

Staff must be able to work quickly while maintaining a clean, organized environment. Every member of the team helps with running food, bussing tables, taking out trash, prepping for the following shifts and taking customer orders, etc., All new members of staff begin with assisting in these critical facets of the business before earning the ability to bar.
