Reservationist/Office Manager – Delfina Restaurant (mission district)

Delfina is hiring a daytime reservationist/office manager to support our management team.

This role is a hybrid position that will perform reservationist duties, in addition light administrative work to assist our management team. Candidates must be detail-oriented multi-taskers with a warm and welcoming presence who are eager to take excellent care of our guests.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
– Answer a high volume of phone calls, managing multiple lines simultaneously
– Manage reservation system in order to maximize seating; perform daily reservation confirmations
– Field and respond to guest inquiries with the ability to make meaningful guest connections with ease
– Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned

Candidates must be thoughtful, outgoing and enjoy working with the public. The ideal candidate will have previous fine-dining, high volume restaurant experience, along with a basic foundation in client & guest services. Must be able to multi-task while maintaining poise and accuracy during stressful situations. This position is full-time and requires daytime availability M-F, along with a flexible schedule around Holidays.
