Cactus, “…Seattle’s hottest Mexican concept” (The Seattle Post Intelligencer), “Best Mexican Restaurant” (Evening Magazine) and home of “Seattle’s Best Margarita” (The Seattle Weekly) is now accepting applications for a great support staff position.

We tip pool for support staff which creates a strong teamwork environment. Thus, we are seeking an energetic, organized, fast paced individual who can buss tables and support servers!

Support Staff is tipped out by the servers, and paid minimum wage. Stated another way, the busier we are, the more you earn. As a guideline, you can expect to make $18-$22+ per hour. Our teamwork oriented support position provides a great platform for those with ambition who want to one day become servers. Our company regularly (walk into any of our restaurants and ask) promotes from within. In fact, our Operations Manager started as a busser 10 years ago!

Our restaurant is very busy, so this is a challenging job. If you enjoy working in a fast paced environment and are an accomplished multi-tasker, we’d love to speak with you.

This is a part-time job (3-5 shifts a week, 5-6 hours per shift).
