Our agents are empowered to be creative and find unique solutions for our customers, and as a Customer Service Representative at our Dallas location it’ll be no different for you. You’ll be supported by an entire team with the same drive to help our customers and their pets that you have.

Requirements:
High School Diploma
Fantastic written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build customer relationships
Strong typing skills (minimum 35 wpm)
People who aren’t afraid to make a difference
Warm heart, love for pets, determination and a witty sense of humor
Flexible scheduling, nights, holidays and weekend availability, we’re 24/7 – 365
Have a passion for helping people
Success working in a high volume, fast paced atmosphere/environment
Ability to handle challenging customer interactions via phone call, chat or email
Possess punctuality skills
