Brendan Sodikoff’s nationally acclaimed Au Cheval, which is located at 800 W. Randolph Street, is seeking a Dishwasher. The restaurant is part of Hogsalt Hospitality, and includes Bavette’s, Doughnut Vault, Gilt Bar, Green Street Smoked Meats, High Five Ramen, Maude’s Liquor Bar and 3 Greens Market. Starting pay rate is $13-14 per hour.
