Au Cheval of Hogsalt Hospitality is Hiring Line Cooks ($18- $25/hr) (800 W. Randolph St.)

OPEN CALL: If you are interested in joining our team, please come to our open call interviews every Tuesday through Thursday from 12pm-1pm at Radio Anago (226 W. Kinzie Street, Chicago) for a 5-15 minute interview with members of Hogsalt leadership.

Au Cheval, a nationally acclaimed diner owned by restaurateur Brendan Sodikoff, is seeking experienced and committed Full Time Line Cooks to join their team. The restaurant is part of Hogsalt Hospitality, and includes Bavette’s, Doughnut Vault, Gilt Bar, Green Street Smoked Meats, High Five Ramen, Maude’s Liquor Bar and 3 Greens Market. Pay rate is $18-$25/hour based on experience.

We are looking for Line Cooks who have open availability, a strong work ethic, a team player mindset and the ability to work well under pressure. Culinary degree a plus, but not required.
