Bavette’s Bar & Boeuf is seeking experienced and committed PM Line Cooks and an AM Prep Cook to join their team. The famed Chicago restaurant, located at 218 W. Kinzie, owned by Brendan Sodikoff, is heralded as one of the top steakhouses in the country. The restaurant is part of Hogsalt Hospitality and includes Au Cheval, Maude’s Liquor Bar, Doughnut Vault, Gilt Bar, Green Street Smoked Meats, High Five Ramen and 3 Greens Market. Pay rates range from $16-$20/hr based on experience.
We are looking for committed and experienced line cooks with open evening and weekend availability. For prep cooks we are looking for candidates with open morning and weekend availability. Along with the availability, we are seeking individuals with 3 plus years of culinary experience, a strong work ethic, a team player mindset and the ability to work well under pressure. We value stability, longevity, and encourage growth within our company.
Bavette’s Bar & Boeuf serves timeless steakhouse fare. Guests can indulge in seafood towers, richly flavorful ribeyes, classic side dishes and house-made desserts, including chocolate cream and lemon meringue pies. Guests can also enjoy classic cocktails and a well-curated international wine list.
