Chef de Cuisine (Boston)

Citizen Public House & Oyster Bar is seeking a Chef de Cuisine.

Ideal candidates will possess a passion for food, a high sense of urgency, and the ability to multitask within a high volume atmosphere.
A firm understanding of positive teamwork within the kitchen as well as a drive for self-achievement and development is a must.


Have to be able to inspire and lead the team,
Above Average administrative skills,
Ability to monitor and control Menu COG’s, Inventory, Food and Labor Cost, ordering and Vendor relations.
Our preference is for 2-5 years as a Kitchen leader.
