Josephine St. Café is an iconic restaurant right next to the Pearl area. The restaurant is fashioned after the old-style Texas Roadhouse – comfortable and casual with great food and drink. We have been serving, steaks, whisky and other great items for almost 40 years. Plus, we’re locally owned and operated.
Qualifications:
• 3 years minimum restaurant management experience, with at least 1 year in a senior management/General Manager role
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop personnel at all levels
• Experience working with P&L statements
• Proven experience with effective inventory control
• Ability to communicate with employees and customers equally well
• A commitment to customer service is mandatory for this position
