General Manager to Join Growing Restaurant Group (danville / san ramon)

Roam is coming to San Ramon! We are seeking a General Manager at Roam Artisan Burgers with a strong customer service background and high-volume restaurant experience to help open and operate our newest location in San Ramon. As a growing restaurant group, this is an exciting opportunity to join our management team.

The General Manager is a key team member and representative of the restaurant and the brand. The primary responsibilities of the Manager are to:
a) ensure guest satisfaction through recruiting, hiring, training team members, and
b) contribute to the overall profitability of the restaurant by effectively managing labor and inventory.
The General Manager will serve as a positive role model at all times.

Management experience in restaurant industry
Passion for customer service and attention to detail
Track record of achieving financial results
Honesty, integrity and guest-oriented philosophy
Energetic, fun, outgoing and hospitable personality
Ability to effectively train, mentor and manage FOH staff
Schedule flexibility; applicants must be available to work weekends and nights
