Kings – A Boston-based entertainment complex which combines amazing food, fabulous drinks, bowling, sports, dancing and music, is seeking Managers to join our growing and successful team!!
Kings is a unique 30-thousand square-foot venue with Bowling Lanes, Billiards, Air Hockey and more! Kings features a full-service restaurant, 2 different 30+seat bars, amazing outdoor patios, dance floors, tons of high definition big screen TV’s and a 120 speaker 22 amplifier sound system playing classic rock, 80’s, 90’s and pop hits from today!

Kings has a scratch kitchen that is Chef driven with award-winning food. Kings food is classic American fare that people come back for time and again!
Kings also offers some amazing specialty cocktails and a very impressive beer list.

BEVERAGE MANAGERS
SENIOR FLOOR MANAGERS

For this position, you must have the ability to provide the finest guest experience while working with a motivated and service focused management, events and culinary team with 50+ hourly employees. Candidates should possess exceptional leadership skills with a large focus on staff development.

Experience required: –
Must have a minimum of 3+ years Management experience in high volume restaurants and or entertainment complexes.

– Must understand the fundamentals of liquor, labor & food cost controls.
– Must be a team player, guest service oriented, extremely organized, able to work days/late nights, weekends & holidays. Venue is open as late as 2am daily.
Education: – 2-year college degree or higher preferred.
To be eligible for this position, a candidate must be a U.S. national or have existing U.S. work authorization.
Some daily responsibilities can/will include: maintain & follow corporate guidelines, scheduling, inventory, ordering, opening & closing duties, presence on the floor during high volume periods, resolving guest conflicts, hiring, disciplinary issues, training staff, maintaining high cleanliness standards and other duties as required.
