Capable of following exact recipes and instruction
Creative development and introduction of new dishes including local ingredients and new cooking techniques
Demonstrated knife skills and kitchen preparation of Thai ingredients
Team player in fast paced, small kitchen environment
Open to working nights, weekends and holidays
Full understanding of ServSafe Food Safety
Commitment to quality service and attention to detail
College or Culinary training or extensive cooking and production experience
Salary commensurate with background and experience
