General Manager (Boston)

In the General Manager role, you must be self-motivated, positive, and possess a passion for fostering a great sense of hospitality. Candidate should have experience and talent hiring and creating a cohesive team with winning attitudes. You must exhibit high standards and be committed to the training and development of your team. Our ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of restaurant management experience.

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for driving the daily operations of your location. You will manage the kitchen and dining areas to ensure an excellent guest experience.

You will oversee all hourly employees and will be responsible for all administrative and leadership functions to ensure a smooth operation.

A Few Responsibilities of the Manager role include:

Managing Front of House schedules,
Hiring and Training new employees,
Keeping up to date with Social Media,
Executing Daily Opening and Closing procedures,
Cash Handling,
Managing the Floor during service,
Assisting with Expediting the Kitchen,
Payroll Administration,
Managing the facility,
Leading and developing community relations,
Other requirements of the General Manager role include:

Ability to learn and train others on all aspects of the operation,
Ability to drive hospitality and inspire others to do so,
Must exhibit an aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level,
Understanding of financial aspects of business operations,
Ability to prioritize and complete designated tasks,
