Full time production butcher for midtown high volume steak house
Position is 6 days, off on Saturdays. Overtime is available, for the most part weekly. Hours are generally form 10-6. Butcher shop cuts meat for service, prepares charcuterie, and occasionally works with customers for retail sales. Excellent job if you are a self starter and can easily work well with others.
