Managers Needed! (Austin)

If you are a manager that works with a passion for service, then we want to meet with you! Our managers are asked to lead by example, build relationships with the guests, drive sales through customer service, and develop your teams through teaching/coaching daily. Join our journey as an up-and-coming brand, that needs strong leaders to take us to the next level!

We are adding new positions to our restaurants to keep up with our growth! We recently opened a new location in Manor, TX, and need to fill manager positions in some of our locations.

We have been an Austin original since 1999. Our success has come from delivering GREAT food and GREAT service. Being a locally owned and operated business comes with the responsibility of always being connected to our customers at all positions, especially the management team. We are excited about our success and growth, but we are only as good as the people that help us run our restaurants.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION:

Strong commitment to customer service and driving sales through the development of a strong team.

Bilingual preferred, but not mandatory for consideration

1-2 years experience in a similar position; willing to train the right dedicated people

Strong leadership skill and the ability to get people to follow you regardless of the challenges you encounter or put in front of them.

Strong work ethic and be a “manager or action” by leading by example at all times

Food Manager Certification and TABC certification required for all managers

Familiar with BOH processes and how to be involved with the production of the kitchen staff

Willing to learn the best practices of our organization and use them as a building block for your management style
