The Bercy is seeking an experienced pastry assistant to help create and produce desserts, pastries, and breads for a growing suburban based restaurant group.
Responsibilities include:
-producing all desserts with help from our pastry staff
-help create seasonal desserts, pastries, and bread
-keeping clean and organized
-following recipes and production list efficiently and consistently
-being able to work as a team player as well as an independent worker
Ideal for a pastry chefs that want to be creative and produce delicious desserts, but wants the flexibility to work 40 hours or less.
We are looking for someone with stable work experience, although we are willing to train the right candidate.
This is a morning position, approx 35-40 hours/week, at least one weekend day.
Ideal candidate must be punctual and able to commute into Ardmore
