BETTERING DAYZ

At Philz, our mission is to Better People’s Day. We are looking for passionate, creative, and motivated team members who are genuinely excited about providing unparalleled service to each and every customer. Are you passionate about people? Do you love coffee? Come join the Philz Phamily!

During your shift as a Barista, you’ll be behind the bar making coffee using our pour over method. You’ll also be performing other misc. duties like operating the cash register, working the pastry counter, cleaning, and stocking, but your main job will be to exceed our customer’s expectations.

*PLEASE NOTE* A minimum 6-month commitment if employed is desired for all.
