Gaming Attendant @ Parkwest Casino Cordova

Are you detail oriented? Love working with numbers? Parkwest Casino Cordova is bringing a fresh face to the casino industry. To help aid in the creation of this new casino culture, Parkwest Casino Cordova is looking to hire a gaming attendant. This gaming attendant will help facilitate the Player Rewards Program offered at the casino.  The Gaming Attendant will demonstrate a high level of customer service to various personality types ensuring an experience the guests won’t forget, which will keep them coming back for more! 1. A successful Gaming Attendant will be fully knowledgeable of the casino floor operations and all table and seat numbers.
2. Gaming Attendants will enroll new guests into the Player Rewards Program and retrieve/update player cards for existing members.
3. Gaming Attendants are expected to accurately answer and explain any promotions or questions regarding our Player Reward Program.
4. A Gaming Attendant will assist in floor operations (run chips, answer phones, and help with the cleanliness of the gaming floor).
5. Gaming Attendants’ should be able to build a positive rapport with our guests.
6. Guest service is of the utmost importance. We take pride in our guests and the service we give them on a daily basis. We hope that with your help we can reach the next level of customer service.
 
Requirements:
 
– High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.
 
– One year of computer experience preferred.
 
-Experience with 10 key is helpful.
 
– Open availability. Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
 
– MUST BE 21 YEARS OLD!!!
 
– Must provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S.
 
– Must be able to pass a mandatory drug test, criminal background and credit check.
