Line Cook – NO LATE NIGHTS! (Seattle-Tacoma: Seattle)

Days: 5 days a week – NO LATE NIGHTS!

Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional line cook at Mirabella Seattle. Line cook duties will consist of assisting the executive and sous chef with their daily tasks. Job responsibilities may include the following:

  • Prepare sauces, soups, and gravies from scratch
  • Create recipes, test and evaluate products for quality
  • Full understanding of roasting, sautéing, and braising techniques is required
  • Positive, professional and respectful work attitude
  • Able to work flexible hours and days
  • Valid Washington State Food Handler permit
