Requirements:
• 3-5 years NYC kitchen experience
• Food Handlers Certificate
• Flexible/Open Availability
• Ability to mentor kitchen employees
• Great communication and supervisory skills
• Ability to manage administrative duties
• Graduate of a culinary or other training program is a plus.
