Four Dogs Tavern & Marshalton Inn is seeking BOH team members, including line cooks and prep cooks. Previous experience in a high-volume operation is necessary. Reliable transportation to work is required.

You will be working alongside our Chef/Owner David Cox. David is in the kitchen 7 days a week from before we open until after we close. David has an impressive resume that has been shaped across the country. As A Johnson & Wales graduate he has worked in many renowned five-star hotels from Hawaii to New York. He has held the Executive Sous Chef position at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel, Executive Chef position at Picholine and Artisanal New York City. We are looking for a talented individual with the same passion and drive for perfection that we have, and who is willing to participate in creating seasonal menus and designing new dishes alongside David Cox.

You will have the opportunity to join this impressive team and grow with the business while learning from our very talented and hard-working Chef/Owner. This position will require a professional who is dedicated to food quality and sets high standards for their output.

Job duties and expectations are as follows (but not limited to):

Excellent culinary skill
High Energy and experience in high-volume establishments
Team player with excellent communication skills
Flexibility with schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ensure the highest quality food products, presentation, and portion
Maintain kitchen cleanliness
Keeps stock room, cools, and freezers clean and ensures that food supply stocks are rotated, all perishables are labeled, dated and stored properly
Maintains a positive and professional demeanor towards all co-workers and guests
Must have a passion for food
