Looking for a Lead PM Cook for a full time position including weekends. Experience is a must, should have working knowledge of entire line operations and all stations. May include some admin duties like ordering.

• Good communication
• This is a full time position for evenings only.

Qualifications:
• Line/pantry area operating standards and organization
• Line/pantry area maintenance and safety
• Production timings and station coordination
• Recipe adherence and product specifications
• Menu item knowledge
• Quality control procedures and plate presentation
• Receiving and invoicing procedures
• Portion controls and waste management
• Storage procedures: rotation and labeling
• Chemical handling and storage
• Sanitation procedures
• Equipment handling, maintenance, and cleaning
• Safe knife handling procedures
• Follows checklists and standard operating procedures

Requirements:

• At least 16 years of age.
• Must be able to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and some holidays.
• Must be able to lift and carry 40 pounds.
• Must be able to stand, walk, lift, and bend for long periods of time.
• Must be able to demonstrate competency as outlined in the training schedule.
