At the Highliner Public House, we are a rapidly growing, casual, non-corporate restaurant and pub in the Ballard/Magnolia/Queen Anne area of Fishermen’s Terminal. All of our food is from scratch with an emphasis on locally caught and sustainable seafood. Currently we have a great, tight knit team of low drama, hard working cooks, but we need just one more.
Attributes we would welcome with open arms and open wallets would be as follows:
*MOST IMPORTANT – positive attitude and stellar work ethic with a sense of urgency.
*Strong organizational skills especially concerning ticket timing and prepping efficiency
*Attention to detail/plate presentation “eye appeal is half the meal”
*Ability to keep a clean work station “clean as you go”
*Confident knife skills
*Open availability, although we will work with scheduling restrictions for the right candidate
