KFC in New Rochelle is looking for enthusiastic and flexible candidates for Shift Supervisor and Assistant Unit Managers. The ideal candidate would have the ability to build and lead a team, run great shifts, coach and drive excellence around core operational procedures on each of their shifts (e.g. shift accountability, food and labor cost), demonstrates positive energy at all times, and is quick to see core issues in complex situations.

We are looking for candidates who excel at:
• Interaction with customers, receiving orders, processing sales and monies, and managing customer issues.
• Preparing and maintaining the quality of products.
• Drives core operational brand specific models.
• Supervising food handling procedures and operational processes.
• Maintaining company standard in product and facility specifications.
• Driving excellence in customer service.
• Training and motivating team members.
• Holding team accountable by using the Performance Management Process.
• Uncompromising standards in maintaining a clean and safe work environment (per Labor Board and OSHA regulations and company standards.
• Unloading, stocking, and maintaining required inventory level.
• Drives recognition and motivational efforts towards staff.
