Line Cooks- Minimum of 2 years restaurant experience REQUIRED. Must be able to work nights and weekends, be reliable, know how to take initiative, and work well with others under pressure. Food knowledge, basics of classical technique, knife skills, and a clean and professional demeanor necessary.
