Miraval Austin is seeking Line/Banquet Cooks (AM & PM Shifts) to join our growing team. Under the general direction of the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef the Line/Banquet Cook will be accountable for providing flawless culinary service, be passionate about food and cooking and have a keen eye for detail. An intermediate line cook requires good communication and culinary skills. The desired cook candidate will have hotel cooking experience and a culinary degree. An intermediate cook should have a professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures. We are looking for a professional cook to prepare delicious meals for our guests according to the Chef’s recipes and specifications.
