LINE COOKS – PT GOLF COURSE – CLAYTON (concord / pleasant hill / martinez)

We have several Part Time positions available – flexible hours..

Under direction of the Head Chef, the Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking menu items. The cook will also be responsible for inventory ordering, stocking and work area clean up.

Cooks will be trained, if needed, in menu costing, menu creation, and marketing.

This position will be scheduled days, evenings and weekends. Various shifts available.

Essential Job Functions:
Cook and prepare menu items including banquet selections.
Maintain clean, sanitary, safe, kitchen.
Store and prepare foods in accordance with health department regulations.
Will work in cooperation with others in the kitchen to ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests and a great place to work for our employees.

Education Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalency.
Must have valid ServSafe certification, or be able to obtain one within 30 days of employment.
Must have proof of employment eligibility and a valid social security number.
