Job Requirements:
-positive, flexible, hard working and dedicated individuals
-no previous experience is necessary
-memorization and training is required
-experience using Toast or similar POS a plus
-knowledge of Japanese cuisine and culture a plus
-knowledge of liquor, classic cocktails, beer, wine, and sake a plus
-ability to multitask with a strict attention to detail
-availability for weekend shifts
-current WA state food handlers permit (or 30 days to complete)
-current WA state MAST class 12 or 13 permit (or 30 days to complete)
Salary Min Wage plus tips for beginners (will train) ability to increase your hourly base wage based on your own sushi, sake knowledge.
Dishwasher !!! No Experience Necessary will train on equipment and you are able to move up in the kitchen if desired. Pay is competitive!
