Airbnb Cleaning Job

Looking for experienced cleaners to join our team.

We have 3-4 cleans per week available on average. Cleaning jobs are regular, but not routine – available days are based on guest checkouts. You may be asked to clean one or more properties in a day. You will have the opportunity to either accept or turn down a job – you are not required to accept each job.

All cleaning supplies and equipment are provided.

We pay weekly for all satisfactorily completed cleans:
2 bedroom, 1 bath = $50 flat rate for about 2 hours work
2 bedroom, 2.5 bath = $75 flat rate for about 3 hours work

You will clean and make-ready our apartments between 12noon and 4pm, including:
-spotlessly clean kitchen and bathroom
-take out trash
-strip and make fresh beds
-loading/unloading dishwasher
-mop and vacuum floors
-tidy furniture
-stage the space for arriving guests (stock low supplies, fluff couch pillows, etc)
-anything else required to make the space shine!
The guests should have helped out prior to check-out by tidying and starting the dishwasher.

Job Requirements:
– Physical ability to perform required tasks.
– Cleaning hours are between 12noon-4pm – you must be available during those times
– You must have a cell phone so we can contact you to schedule cleanings and while on the job
– Must be on time and have reliable transportation
