Seeking a hands on Sous who is professional, even tempered and respectful of others.
Someone who possesses the skill set necessary to manage the kitchen staff.
A Culinary professional who possesses the drive and skill to run the kitchen.
Responsible for creating specials
In charge of inventory/ordering
Making sure that every dish adheres to our standards and that recipes are followed
Assuring the consistency of every dish

We have grown and developed a loyal following by serving our guests dishes that are familiar, attractivly plated and always consistent and delicious.

Our goal is to have people come back often because they want more of our food.

Minimum 2 years experience in a culinary leadership role (Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager)
Minimum 2 years experience working all positions on the line
