Innovative Executive Sous Chef/CDC (98% daytime) (Chelsea)

Pinch Food Design is looking for hands on menu/food collaboration. Purchasing/resourcing expertise. Quality control. This is a management/production job with a high level of creativity.

Must have culinary training, great skills, a disciplined and precise eye and good taste in food. Must be able to work efficiently and be organized. Catering experience not mandatory.

2 weeks paid vacation after 6 months
