Asian Family Restaurant has an opening for either a part time of full time Sushi Chef. Must be flexible in the adoption of our menu and processes, but also help evolve the restaurant over time. -Oversee day-to-day sushi side operations
-Coordinate food and kitchenware orders, manage vendors

-Assist in the development of menu items

Qualifications:
-Previous experience in sushi culinary arts
-Knowledge of cost and labor systems
