We are seeking an Assistant General Manager with strong “bar manager” experience. The candidate must have a passion for success that is measured by both the guest and employee satisfaction. This position requires a person that possess a high level of “attention to detail” to training and the many other aspects of the position. This creative person needs to inspire sales through his/her staff and marketing programs.
We offer competitive salaries, a five shift work week that does not exceed 50 hours, two weeks paid vacation and a premium health and dental HMO plan. The ideal candidate would be currently a General Manager of AGM in a comparable organization with a minimum of three years management experience.
