We are a new owner/cafe looking for experienced baristas (Preference of 3 years experience) who have a passion for espresso! We care about the coffee we serve Seattle, so we offer only some of the best organic & fair trade specialty coffee from Fidalgo coffee roasters.
Board game junkies, bookworms, and space geeks need apply!
We are ONLY looking for genuine, warm personalities to help us here at our little hole in the wall, with a real sincere, and friendly disposition to serve our guests.

Requirements:

21 & over ( We serve beer & wine )
Mast permit class 12
Food Handlers Card
Open availability, long term applicants only.
Passion!
Barista Experience ( preference of 3-5 years )
Leadership skills/ team player ( We need folks who can be assertive and lead with ease, but also be respectful to fellow co workers and helpful in group efforts. )
Great with guests/hospitality is a must!

We offer $15 an Hr with pooled tips, free shift drinks, opportunity for advancement, and a fun environment to spend the rainy days while making the dough. We are so looking forward to building a team here at Cafe Cosmos that can help put forth our vision of incredible cafe hospitality to life. We will be holding interviews on January 6th & 7th from 10 am to 6 pm,
