John Fraser Restaurants is hiring for an exciting new opening in Times Square!

John Fraser, the chef behind Michelin-starred vegetarian restaurant NIX on University Place, and boisterous West Village American brasserie, The Loyal is partnering with famed hotelier Ian Schrager at the upcoming Times Square EDITION Hotel.

Fraser will be in charge of all food and beverage at the 452-room hotel at 701 Seventh Ave. at 47th Street, which includes fine dining, high volume brasserie, beer garden, lobby lounge, room service and events.

For the past 10 years, Chef John Fraser has built a renowned restaurant group, garnishing industry wide recognition, multiple Michelin Stars and favorable accolades from the New York Times.

Chef John Fraser is currently looking to fulfill SOUS CHEF positions with many opportunities for growth for the right candidate.

Seriously interested candidates must be passionate, organized, hard-working and self-motivated. Candidates must also have a strong desire to learn and grow in addition to strong communication skills and is a team player.
