Lead Cook / Chef (South Dallas – University)

ECI looking for an experienced culinarian to oversee the operation of a kitchen. Job duties will include the oversight or participation in preparing most meals, menu and recipe development and other culinary related duties.

Check freshness of food and ingredients
Supervise and coordinate activities of assistant cook and other food preparation workers
Develop recipes and determine how to present the food
Plan menus and ensure uniform serving sizes and quality of meals
Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas for cleanliness and functionality
Order and maintain inventory of food and supplies
Monitor sanitation practices and follow kitchen safety standards

Qualifications:
At least 3 years Culinary and Management Experience
Clean Background Check
Proven Personnel Management
