*UNIDAD A Latin Kitchen & Bar* is seeking a line cook to work in our busy kitchen.
Candidates need at least 3-5 years experience on the line.
Applicants need to possess a strong work ethic, be well-organized and positive, be passionate about Latin cooking and working as part of a team. Line cooks are expected to quickly adapt and to maintain our high standards. Responsibilities include day-to-day operations such as prep, grill & expediting. Our entire kitchen must be innovative and create new dishes that fall in line with the concept of the restaurant.

At a minimum candidates must be available for 35 hours/week but willing to work more. The schedule available is from Wednesday – Sunday. SATURDAY and SUNDAY availability is a must. Tuesday availability is a plus.
UNIDAD requires all applicants to interview and perform in the kitchen before hiring is possible.
