WHO WE ARE:
No Bones started as a food truck in 2014. With much success, we opened a brick and mortar in Seattle, Washington as No Bones beach Club in 2016. We have grown to include restaurants in Seattle, Portland, and soon Chicago ! The restaurants have individually gained recognition for their delicious plant-based cuisine with features in Bon Apetit, Seattle Met, Seattle Weekly and The Stranger, to name a few. Most recently we were voted one of the 10 best vegan restaurants in the country by USA Today! No Bones supports local animal rescues by volunteering and donates a portion of its sales every month to various animal causes.
LINE COOK RESPONSIBILITIES:
Executing menu items from start to finish. Preparation of ingredients, plant butchery, cooking and plating of menu items.
Participating in the development of monthly specials.
Working collaboratively with BOH staff and FOH staff.
Maintaining cleanliness of any BOH work areas, including and not limited to refrigeration, cooking equipment, and prep areas.
Participate in deep cleaning of BOH work areas, including and not limited to refrigeration, cooking equipment, and prep areas.
Conscientious of and accommodating to food allergies.
