Marquis & Co. is now seeking a Catering & Special Events Manager to join our team!
We are a Philadelphia based, top-tier fast casual & full-service restaurant chain now looking to expand our Catering & Events department. Our brand of healthy plant based food is strong and in need of a strong individual to help maintain our continued success.
The Catering & Special Events Manager will spearhead the growth and development of our HipCityVeg catering program by overseeing all on-site/off-site events & catering orders, growing sales & promotional efforts, and managing customer & vendor relations. In addition, this position will oversee the sales and coordination of all large parties and events in our full-service restaurants, Bar Bombon & Charlie was a sinner.
We are seeking enthusiastic and energetic individuals looking to take on this exciting challenge of building upon our brand! A customer first attitude is a major plus when inquiring for this position.
3+ years of restaurant management experience, FOH & BOH experience required
Great sales & networking skills
Strong understanding and appreciation for customer service
Restaurant inventory and purchasing experience
Full-time day, night and weekend availability
Highly organized with a great attention to detail
A valid Driver’s License is required, as the position entails travel to our Philadelphia/DC stores and offsite events.
