Line Cook: Minimum of 2 years experience and flexible in terms of working hours. Knowledge of fundamental cooking & skilled in grill, sauté and prep work. Good knife skills & time cooking management. Knowledge of HACCP and NYC Sanitation practices.
Kitchen Steward (Dishwasher): Previous similar experience in a restaurant kitchen required
Clear communication skills in English and authorized to work in the United States.
