Pastry Chef – The Black Rooster (Fort Worth)

The Black Rooster is looking to hire a full-time Pastry Chef!

Hours: Wednesday-Sunday 3:00AM-11:00AM; schedule subject to change with business’ needs; holidays required

Pay: Hourly + Overtime based on Experience

Specific baking and pastry tasks to include all work related to: artisan breads, croissants, biscuits, pies, tarts, cookies, scones, muffins as well as general prep (scaling recipes, mixing doughs, fillings, icings, glazes, etc).

Qualified candidates will have a passion for baking and the ability to take direction and follow strict recipes. Scratch Pastry and baking experience in a home setting or commercial kitchen a plus!
