Lorenzo’s is now hiring managers for a new pizza concept and just opened near Lake Marritt! This position requires candidates to be well versed in the kitchen, have previous pizza making experience, previous management or shift lead experience, and a good sense of cleanliness and organization.
Pizza making experience – working the line, ovens, and fast pace orders
Great sense of cleanliness – must be willing to clean
Amazing Communication skills – you will be communicating with regional managers and meeting regularly.
Basic knowledge of ordering, google sheets, and gmail
Current Serve Safe food handling card
Quick on Game Time Decisions- ability to think on their feet
High energy, willing to dive head first and flexible with new exciting menus and events

Management Recruits will start at an hourly wage of $18-$20 during the training/trial period. Once promoted to a full Kitchen Manager the yearly salary will begin and health benefits eligibility begins after 90 days of maining the position.
