Opening Soon and Hiring for the Following Positions!
Minimum 3 years experience as a Sous Chef with a mastery of all basic knife skills, butchery of all beef, poultry and seafood, and the ability to cook with grace and finesse. Formal Culinary Degree desired, but not required with the right experience.
Minimum 2 years experience and mastery of all basic knife skills.
PM Saute, Grill, Hot Appetizer Line Cooks:
Must have Minimum 3 years progressive experience in a scratch restaurant.
Minimum 3 years preparing and mixing salads, experience opening oysters and other shellfish.
AM / PM Dishwashers:
Must be able to stand on your feet for an 8 hour shift working with various cleaning chemicals and have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.

* ServSafe and MA Allergen Awareness Certified
* Must be a team player
* Must be able to speak, read and write English
* Must have the ability to understand verbal directions, read and follow recipes and adhere to work place safety signage
