We are a country bar located on the south side of San Antonio! Located 5 minutes from South Town on South Flores.

We are looking to hire reliable, dependable girls/guys with positive attitudes and who are wanting to be part of our R&J Family. We are willing to take the time to train the right individual who has NO EXPERIENCE. At the moment we are not looking to hire anyone who plans to be here short term.
If hired you are required to work at all 3 locations and also both shifts (day&night)
Day shifts (4 pm-8 pm, Mon-Thurs) (Noon-8 pm, Fri-Sun) and night shifts (8 pm- 2 am, daily)
We do not require short shorts nor your cleavage showing we are a well respected bar on the SouthSide and we take pride in our staff. We have R&J Shirts provided for purchase, as part of our uniform. You have the option to wear shorts or jeans with cowboy boots. Guys are required to wear a black polo’s, with jeans and boots.

We love our customers, we care how they are treated and what they think. We need energetic, friendly, well presented, respectful appearance (meaning you take the time to look presentable, all the time at work), positive, energetic persons, preferably athletic; who are hyped about working, learning and brining in a crowd.
Being on time is priority and tardiness is not acceptable.
