experience behind a sushi bar
advanced knife skills
fish butchering skills
strong communication skills
full weekend availability
a desire to work in a team environment
strong understanding of genuine hospitality
a passion for food and beverage
a good sense of humor
the ability to multitask and help others when needed
a pre-disposition to serve

Other responsibilities include:
Operating in a clean workspace and producing top-quality food to support the culinary team
Collaborating with the management team to effectively lead the culinary team
Maintaining health department, food quality, and restaurant standards at all times
