Servers, Hosts/Bussers (Bee Cave)

Hiring all positions ASAP!

Hiring positions:
– Servers (Full-Time/Part-Time)
– Hosts/Bussers (Part-time/Full-Time)

Host/Busser responsibilities and duties:
– Greeting customers at the door
– Seating customers
– Answering phones and taking orders for take-out customers
– Helping dining room staff by setting and clearing tables, refilling beverages
– Estimating wait times for guests, booking reservations, moving tables togethers to accommodate large parties

Host/Busser qualifications and skills
– Good communication skills with staff
– Ability to work well independently
– High school diploma
– Prior restaurant experience
– Able to work well in a fast-paced environment

Server responsibilities and duties:
– Take customer’s food and drink orders in a professional manner
– Suggest special menu items based on specials for the day
– Work closely with manager and co-workers and have good communication
– Assist with setting tables and occasionally answering phone calls for take-out orders
– Attending and greeting customers upon entrance to the restaurant

Server qualifications and skills:
– High School Diploma/GED required
– Minimum of 2 year serving experience preferred in sushi industry (not required)
– Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
– Strong customer service skills required; customer-oriented approach and patience
– Attention to cleanliness and safety
– Problem solving and decision making skills
– Good communication skills
