The Pass & Provisions; named one of Bon Appetit’s Top Ten best new restaurants in the US in 2013 and Alison Cook’s number one restaurant of 2015, is two unique dining experiences housed in a historic warehouse in Houston’s fourth ward, is currently seeking motivated, and career minded candidates for a sous chef position. The two concepts, while strikingly different in style, set out to achieve a delicate balance of service and execution all the while creating a fun, entertaining and enjoyable dining experience.
We’re looking for skilled, experienced, and detail oriented candidates to start with us quickly. Candidates should have atleast 1 year of back of house management experience.
