We are looking for an experienced Event Supervisor for a stylish, modern wedding venue. Hours are primarily 5 p.m.-midnight, Friday-Sunday.
The Event Supervisor is responsible for supervising events taking place in the fifty-two-twenty-six event venue. The Supervisor will manage and/or coordinate logistics of events to ensure superior day-of service delivery.
Our Event Supervisor is the internal point-of-contact for clients during events. The Supervisor’s duties include-
• Pre-event venue setup
• Vendor Load-In / Load-Out
• Coordination with wedding and event planners
Supervisor will also-
• Insure that vendors and guests adhere to all venue rules
• Insure that vendor clean-up is complete and thorough
• Insure that venue is ready for next event
Job is primarily supervisory in nature but you should not be afraid of getting your hands dirty should the need arise. The job may also occasionally require some lifting of furniture and minor post-event clean-up.
